Job Summary:
Q Perform Test is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop software applications based on the requirements gathered from clients, product managers, and other stakeholders.
2. Design, code, and debug software in various programming languages, frameworks, and platforms (such as Java, C++, Python, .NET, etc.).
3. Continuously enhance existing software applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
4. Collaborate with designers and product managers to convert user requirements into technical specifications.
5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software meets quality standards and is free from bugs and errors.
6. Integrate software components and third-party libraries/APIs to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
7. Document software design, code, and maintenance procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
8. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the software development field and recommend improvements to existing software applications.
9. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and technical issues reported by clients or internal users.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate and deliver software projects on time.
11. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements and provide status updates on software development progress.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Software Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
3. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and platforms.
4. Sound knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.
5. Experience in using version control systems (such as Git) and issue tracking tools (such as Jira).
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
9. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
10. Experience in software testing and quality assurance is highly desired.
