Software Developer (Salesforce) - Part-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Software Developer (Salesforce) to join a collaborative and technology-driven environment supporting enterprise-level digital initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy building scalable Salesforce solutions, solving technical challenges, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with solution architects, business consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce-based solutions.
• Review business and technical specifications and independently manage assigned development deliverables.
• Recommend practical and innovative technical approaches when appropriate.
• Design and implement automation and custom functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScript, and Visualforce.
• Support platform configuration activities including custom objects, page configurations, record types, fields, and related components.
• Ensure development activities align with internal standards, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and development specifications.
• Participate across the full implementation lifecycle from planning through deployment and support.
• Investigate and resolve application defects and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Identify potential project or technical risks and communicate mitigation recommendations proactively.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Salesforce development.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
• Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, or Salesforce Consultant certifications are advantageous.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex programming, triggers, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Understanding of software delivery methodologies and implementation lifecycles.
• Exposure to public sector environments is beneficial but not required.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, deployment, and release management processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, integrations, and deployment tools is preferred.
