Software Engineer (Generative AI Engineer) - Part-Time

Role Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Generative AI) to build and enhance enterprise AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will design scalable backend services, develop AI agent workflows, and integrate Generative AI capabilities into production systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI applications using LLMs, AI agents, and RAG pipelines.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support AI solutions.
• Integrate AI frameworks, cloud services, and enterprise data sources.
• Implement AI monitoring, evaluation, security, and governance best practices.
• Optimize vector search, model performance, and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with frontend, engineering, and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend development skills.
• Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building RAG pipelines, AI agents, APIs, and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, vector databases, Docker, CI/CD, and AI observability tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
