Are you passionate about designing innovative cloud solutions and helping organisations achieve their digital transformation goals? Join our team as a Cloud Solution Architect and work with enterprise clients to deliver secure, scalable and resilient cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Engage customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements and solution challenges.
• Conduct solution discovery sessions, technical workshops and architecture presentations.
• Partner with Sales and Account Managers to support solution proposals, tenders (RFP/RFQ) and customer engagements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, from solution design to proposal submission.

Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other public cloud platforms.
• Develop architecture for cloud migration, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud and application modernisation initiatives.
• Design cloud landing zones, networking, identity and access management, security and governance frameworks.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient and aligned with industry best practices.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical proposals and implementation recommendations.

Security & Compliance

• Design cloud solutions that align with applicable security, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Support security reviews, architecture assessments and risk management activities.
• Work with customers and internal teams to ensure cloud solutions meet organisational and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering or solution design.
• Experience designing enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS or other leading public cloud platforms.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Pre-Sales Consultant.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, security, disaster recovery and high-availability architectures.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution designs and architecture documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project and pre-sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

The following certifications or equivalent experience would be an advantage:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Huawei Cloud Architect Certification
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Experience supporting enterprise or public sector cloud transformation projects and familiarity with recognized cloud security or governance frameworks will be an advantage.
