Key Responsibilities:

•                 API & SystemsIntegration: Define, document, and maptechnical integration specifications (REST APIs, JSON payloads) betweenWatchlist Management tools and core banking, CRM, and onboarding platforms.

•                 Watchlist DataEngineering: Configure systems to ingest,normalize, and reconcile structured and unstructured global watchlist data(Sanctions, PEP, Adverse Media) along with internal lists.

•                 Event Architecture& Alerting: Design event-driven workflows toenable real-time or near real-time alert generation for downstream casemanagement systems (e.g., Detica, Actimize).

•                 System Calibration& Tuning: Develop and optimize fuzzymatching rules, filtering logic, and screening parameters to reduce falsepositives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

•                 Data Quality &Governance: Establish data qualityframeworks, validation rules, and lineage controls to ensure accuracy,completeness, and traceability of screening data.

•                 Regulatory ComplianceAlignment: Ensure solutions adhere to AML/CFT regulations (e.g.,MAS, FATF, OFAC) and support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

•                 TechnicalDocumentation: Prepare Functional SpecificationDocuments (FSDs), architecture diagrams, API data dictionaries, user stories,and process flows.

•                 UAT & TestingGovernance: Lead User Acceptance Testing(UAT), regression testing, and validation activities for system upgrades andenhancements.

•                 StakeholderManagement: Collaborate with Compliance,Risk, Operations, Technology teams, and external vendors to gather requirementsand drive alignment.

•                 Issue Resolution& Risk Management: Identify, track, andresolve issues, risks, and integration challenges impacting AML screening andcompliance processes.

•                 Process Optimization: Continuously improve screening workflows, reduce manual intervention,and enhance operational efficiency.

•                 Training & UserEnablement: Create training materials andsupport end-users during rollouts, upgrades, and process changes.

•                 Data Privacy &Security Compliance: Ensure adherence todata protection and privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR) in handlingsensitive data.

•                 Solutioning &Architecture Alignment: Bridge regulatoryrequirements with technical design, ensuring scalable, high-performance, andlow-latency AML screening solutions.
