Systems Analyst (RPA), Bonus, Kallang - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver efficient digital workflows by automating business processes and enhancing user experience across enterprise platforms
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation and system integration processes
• Ensure all systems and workflows comply with organizational security, governance, and performance standards

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system design and development
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT system support and maintenance
• Proven ability to implement IT solutions and manage change requests in alignment with best practices, business needs, and organizational policies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Technical Expertise:

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anywhere
• SharePoint development and administration
• Proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
• Experience with K2 Workflow and SAP Fiori is advantageous
• Relevant RPA certifications will be considered a plus
