Systems Executive (12hrs Rotating Shift / Airport) - Part-Time

We have 3 opening for the Systems Executive under our company payroll on a 1 year contract.

The Systems Executive (12hr rotating shifts) is responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues.

Open to Local Diploma in IT graduates without work experience who are willing to learn on job, comfortable working 12hrs rotating shift, able to lift heavy items and work on ladders

Work Location: Changi Airport

Working Hours: 12 hour rotating shift

Basic Salary $2800 - $3500 + Shift Allowance + PH + OT + HP Claims (capped $50)

Shift Allowance: $10/Day, $22/Night (Shift pattern is Day, Night, Off, Off)

Upon end of contract, 1 month completion bonus subject to performance & PM recommendation

Responsibilities:

Production Support

Provide technical support to customer

- Identify and escalate priority issues as per Client specifications, Process client Service Request, Redirect problems to appropriate resource

- Provide support on documentation including procedural documentation

- Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email

- Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues

- Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support regarding problem escalation

- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone

- Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems as well as from other vendors to Exchange for customers in accordance to procedure, to ensure seamless transitions

- Perform health checks and monitor availability and functionality of the systems

- Provide operational support to system infrastructures

What we're looking for:

• Locals (need to do G50 clearance and pre-employment check)
• Possess at least a Diploma or its equivalent in Computer / IT with minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field.
• Open to Diploma in IT graduate without work experience but positive & willing to learn
• Comfortable working on 12hrs rotating shift duties and be on 24x7 standby duties
• 2-3 years of working experience as a System Engineer supporting application of UNIX/LINUX platform and database.
• Must be able to lift heavy item and work on ladder (eg. carry non-commercial TVs for mounting & unmounting, airport monitor that display flight information)
• Trained or certified in Windows Server, UNIX/LINUX, VM and ITIL would be advantageous.
• Analytical, proactive and able to multi-task and prioritize all work assigned.
• Team player with good English communication skills who can also work independently under minimum supervision.
• Motivated individual with challenger spirit and leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skills would be advantageous.
• Proactive and responsive on all assigned tasks and incidents and follow up
