Systems Programmer(Production Support) - Part-Time

• Bachelor or higher degree in IT or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in application production support on Java and .NET applications in both Unix and Windows operating environments;
• Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment;
• Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors;
• Knowledge of web languages (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript);
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and application servers (e.g. IIS, WebSphere Application Server)
• Good organization skills and able to work with minimal supervision in a rapidly changing environment;
• Certification or formal training in ITIL will be an added advantage
