Technical Delivery Lead - Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end technology delivery for strategic banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience leading cross-functional teams, and a successful track record delivering enterprise applications in the banking or financial services domain.

The Technical Delivery Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, QA, DevOps, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while adhering to governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years as a Technical Delivery Lead, Engineering Manager, or Delivery Manager
• Experience delivering enterprise banking applications
• Experience managing distributed development teams
• Strong stakeholder management with business and technology leaders
• Experience in Agile environments
