About the Job

We are seeking a driven, tech-passionate Techno-Functional Application Analyst to serve as a vital link between our business units and technical architecture tracks. In this highly collaborative role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)—from understanding complex business processes and translating requirements into elegant system designs, to executing hands-on code adjustments and resolving production issues.

This is an onsite engagement in Singapore where you will collaborate directly with cross-functional solution architects and business stakeholders to ensure our enterprise applications remain robust, scalable, and beautifully functional.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Business Translation

• Process Mapping: Deeply analyze client business processes and facilitate structured alignment workshops with business users to translate operational needs into comprehensive, end-to-end software solutions.

• Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted technology consultant to frontline business units, providing proactive advice and technical assistance on the effective utilization of application systems.

• Architectural Alignment: Partner closely with Technical, Solution, and Information Architects to ensure all software builds remain highly robust and perfectly aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.

2. Application Development & Project Governance

• Full-Stack Execution: Design and develop quality web applications utilizing modern object-oriented programming, standard databases, and front-to-back software frameworks.

• Timeline Management: Coordinate core application workstreams to safeguard on-time, within-budget implementation tracking according to project schedules.

• Engineering Rigor: Produce exhaustive, engineering-ready technical documentation, system specification logs, and standard operational runbooks.

3. Production Support & Optimization (Ops)

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate live application health metrics and optimize system workflows to guarantee an elite end-user experience.

• Incident Troubleshooting: Actively collaborate with cross-functional support teams and infrastructure stakeholders to systematically troubleshoot, triage, and resolve production bugs and configuration bottlenecks.

Skills & Experience Required

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Programming Core: Proven hands-on development experience or strong functional knowledge crossing Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Web/Object-Oriented programming architectures.

• Data Layer Fluency: Advanced proficiency writing and optimizing SQL database queries and utilizing Elastic DSL for complex data retrieval.

• SDLC & CI/CD Frameworks: Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) along with practical exposure to automated code management pipelines and repositories (e.g., Bitbucket).

• Position Type: 1-Year Contract, with potential multi-year extensions up to 31 May 2028 contingent on performance and project feedback.

• Work Arrangement: Full Onsite working model in Singapore.

• Quota Eligibility: Open to local onshore candidates; Employment Pass (EP) sponsorships can be considered for qualified tech experts.

• Security Clearance: Required screening protocols can be completed in parallel with your onboarding phase.
