Role Title: Technology Governance Analyst / PMO (Contract)
Contract Duration: 6–12 months (Potential to Extend)
Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technology Governance Analyst / PMO to support technology risk governance and operational resilience activities within a financial services environment. This is a coordination-focused role supporting governance forums, reporting, audit activities, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate governance forums, meetings, action logs, and minutes.
  • Maintain RAID logs and track remediation actions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare KRI/KPI dashboards and governance reporting packs.
  • Coordinate audit and regulatory evidence collection and documentation.
  • Support technology risk and operational resilience governance activities.
  • Maintain governance documentation and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
  • Work closely with Technology, Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Technology Governance, PMO, Controls, or Risk Coordination.
  • Experience supporting technology risk, operational resilience, or governance functions within banking or financial services.
  • Exposure to audit coordination, regulatory responses, and governance reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
