Technology Specialist - Part-Time

General Description

We are seeking a capable and dependable IT professional to be seconded to a client within the financial services sector, supporting day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, accountability, and adaptability, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and standard enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365)
• Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions in line with security policies
• Perform incident management and service request fulfilment within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution
• Assist in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management
• Support basic network troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and meeting room AV setups
• Participate in system upgrades, rollout activities, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure adherence to client IT policies, compliance, and security standards
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures

Minimum Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience in an enterprise environment
