Telemarketer (Contract) $14/Hour Flexible Schedule Suntec - Part-Time

💰 Salary: SGD14.00 per hour

📍 Location: Suntec, Singapore (Fully On-site)

📅 Contract Duration: 2 months (Potential for extension based on business needs and performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Contact companies in Singapore using a provided contact list to introduce and promote Taiwanese exhibitions.
• Professionally invite prospective companies to participate in upcoming exhibitions.
• Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally over the phone.
• Record call outcomes and update outreach records accurately.
• Follow up with prospective participants when required.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of outreach activities.
• Adhere to company processes and maintain confidentiality of information.

Working Schedule

• Contract Duration: 2 months
• Work Days: 10–12 days per month (self-arranged schedule)
• Working Hours: 6 hours per day
• Option 1: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Option 2: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business representatives over the phone.
• Basic computer skills for updating records and tracking call outcomes.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, or call centre environments is an advantage but not required.
