Test Automation Engineer - Part-Time

    Job Description

·      We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to develop, maintain, and execute automated tests across enterprise-scale and complex systems. 

·      The successful candidate will support test automation frameworks, regression execution, automation enablement, and the development, enhancement, or integration of AI-assisted tools related to testing and productivity enablement. 

·      The role requires experience working with various automation tools and the ability to adapt to different tools based on system requirements or specific use cases.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and maintain automated tests using tools such as Tosca, Playwright, JavaScript, and API automation. 

·      Support test automation frameworks, regression execution, and automation enablement initiatives. 

·      Support the development, enhancement, or integration of AI-assisted testing and productivity tools as required by SGX. 

·      Review the existing automation landscape, including automation tools, test scripts, frameworks, and automation coverage.

·       Analyze business and technical requirements to identify suitable automation opportunities.

·       Identify the required test scenarios, test scripts, and test data to support automated execution. 

·      Create or obtain the required test data by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. 

·      Build, maintain, and execute automated regression test suites. 

·      Execute automated test scripts and analyze the results. 

·      Log, track, manage, and retest defects until successful resolution. 

·      Work effectively across various automation tools where tool selection may vary depending on the system or use case. 

·      Support enterprise-scale and complex application environments. 

Required Skills & Experience:: 

·      Strong experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering. 

·      Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: 

·      Tosca 

·      Playwright 

·      JavaScript 

·      API Test Automation 

·      Experience supporting and maintaining test automation frameworks. 

·      Strong experience building, maintaining, and executing automated regression test suites. 

·      Experience supporting enterprise-scale or complex systems. 

·      Ability to work with different automation tools based on system requirements and use cases. 

·      Strong understanding of requirement analysis, test scenarios, test scripts, test data preparation, test execution, and defect management. 

·      Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
