Webmaster / Website Designer - Part-Time

Project Overview:

We are an External Asset Manager (EAM) seeking an experienced Webmaster / Website designer to build a sleek, high-end, institutional-grade informational corporate website.

* Total Pages: ~5-6 pages (Home, About/Philosophy, Team, Services/Custodians, Insights, Contact).

* Web Assets Provided: Fully developed corporate branding guide, vector logos, typography rules, and professional team headshots.

* Portal Requirement: None. No client login or database storage is needed.

Key Technical Requirements:

1. Regulatory Disclaimer Modal: A mandatory pop-up gateway that requires users to select their jurisdiction/investor classification before entering the website.

2. Form Security: End-to-end encryption for basic consultation contact forms.

3. Clean Webflow CMS: Set up for us to easily update team bio texts or upload monthly market commentary PDFs internally.

4. Adaptive & Responsive Design: Must load rapidly and perfectly scale across mobile devices and tablets.
