In this role, you will lead the discovery, investigation, and our responses to tender and framework applications. This is a key role in helping us to win new contracts across the public safety community. Joining an established and successful team, this is a remote position with time split primarily between home and our central London office.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end management of tender and framework responses, reacting to and proactively sourcing tender and framework opportunities.Determine bid strategy and resource requirements, and maintain bid timelines to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.Work closely with colleagues across sales, product, compliance and legal departments to gather necessary inputs and approvals to complete applications.Write and review high-quality bid responses, maintaining a library of reusable content.Ensure all written content is clear, tailored, and aligned with the evaluation criteria and scoring methodology, and that all bids comply with procurement rules, mandatory requirements, and company governance policies.Maintain accurate records of all submitted bids, outcomes, and lessons learned and manage bid portals, growing and shrinking in line with the market.
