GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER, DEMAND GENERATION 

Bond Sports (www.bondsports.co), the leading vertical SaaS provider revolutionizing how recreational sports facilities operate, is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Demand Generation Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is centered on leveraging artificial intelligence to revolutionize our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for creating targeted materials, managing social media engagement, supporting industry events, and developing valuable content – supported by AI-powered tools and strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of marketing at Bond Sports and contribute directly to our growth through innovative technologies. The ideal candidate is smart, passionate, curious, possesses a good understanding of AI tools and its marketing applications, and is eager to learn and experiment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content & Material Creation: Develop highly targeted and personalized marketing materials (website content, presentations, email campaigns) for the recreational sports industry, utilizing AI writing assistants, image/video generation tools, and dynamic content platforms.
• Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage our social media presence and engage with the recreational sports community through AI-driven scheduling, content optimization, sentiment analysis, and community management tools.
• Event Support: Support the planning and execution of our participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences.
• Customer Insight & Sales Enablement: Analyze customer and prospect feedback and dynamically generate sales collateral and other content (e.g., testimonials, competitive differentiation) utilizing AI-powered insights.
• Market & Performance Analysis: Conduct recreational sports market research and track/report on key Bond metrics to generate industry insights and benchmarks that can assist Bond customers and the industry at large.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure we are consistently and regularly honing and updating our messaging and content to drive more successful sales.   
• SaaS Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing key SaaS marketing metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV), providing regular reports and identifying areas for improvement specific to our vertical.   

Desired Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field.   
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, social media management, customer analysis, or marketing automation.
• A proactive, ambitious, high slope person who can continue to rapidly develop, grow and succeed

• Experience at a SAAS company and with CRMs a plus
