An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project and Programme Administrator to provide administrative support for a number of Teacher Education projects and events. Reporting to the School Admin Manager, this unique role is pivotal to the success of building and maintaining the School's relationships with a number of key stakeholders. This includes liaising with local Marae, hosting and planning for pōwhiri, and organising and attending noho events. In addition this role is the key admin support for our wider Programme support staff in the school, and part of the wider STED Admin team.Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have experience engaging with Māori and an understanding of Māori support customs, protocols, support networks and agencies. You will have a passion for delivering projects using your excellent coordination, planning and customer service skills. Your strong administration background, exceptional communication and problem solving skills along with a great attention to detail will ensure your success. A demonstrated ability to support a busy team is essential.Who You Will Work With
