Buildwerkz Builders Pte Ltd is a BCA registered, CR01,CR03 and CR06 general building contractor with the aim of providing a one stop service to clients, promoting client centralized services and also promoting the concept of smart and efficient management. In order to achieve these aims, Buildwerkz has achieved bizSafe Star and ISO18001 certification and will be working on getting more certifications to achieve our company aims and visions.

The principal business activity of Buildwerkz Builders Pte Ltd is General Builder. Above and beyond that, Buildwerkz is advocating for “Total Building Maintenance & Repair”. To achieve such aims, Buildwerkz also provides One-Stop repair and maintenance services to suit customers’ request and needs.

Buildwerkz views the organization as a system whose success depends on the interaction of its various functions, departments and parts. To this motive, Buildwerkz is currently in the process of integrating management process by merging its quality management process (ISO 9001) and Safety Management process (ISO 14001)

However, in this increasing dynamic and competitive environment, Buildwerkz recognizes that the company would only leverage to a limited extends by relying on mere integration of functional and operational processes. Due to this, Buildwerkz seeks to shift its efforts to the strategic level by implementing an enterprise IT strategies which could improve the performance of individual business functions, derive positive performance from a more holistic system interaction and allow for strategic analyses mechanism.
