Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantitiesand discuss with Management for final submission.

Prepare for final submission and follow up with TenderQuestionnaire reply and Interview

Organising subcontractors and on-site works

Preparation of progress claim

Preparation of budgets / cash flow forecast

Purchase of materials

Attendance of site/technical meetings

To work closely with the Project Team providing cost andfinancial advice as well as contractual support and advice duringpre-construction, construction and post construction stage.

Any other duties as and when assigned by your Superior
