PERSONAL ASSISTANT



Responsibilities :




  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial duties

  • Scheduling internal and external meetings

  • Coordination of guests visits and events

  • To coordinate all senior management travel arrangements.

  • To professionally represent the organisation at networking events, etc.

  • Perform other related duties   

  • Manage household’s domestic helpers & personal driver work schedule

  • Setting SOP for maids (Cleaning, laundry, guest services)

  • Able to train maids on housekeeping works

  • Household equipment’s management & maintenance

  • Ordering of household necessities

  • Data entry of family’s expenses

  • Standby on weekends if required

  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned



Requirements :




  • Min 3 years of experience in Administrative/Secretarial

  • Able to converse in English, to liaise with multi-lingual associates

  • Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

  • Service and Results-oriented with a positive working attitude

  • Passionate about coaching and mentoring

  • Good at coordinating, follow-ups and planning

  • Able to travel is a must (approximately 20% - 40%)
