Roechling High-Performance Plastics division with sales of over EUR600 million and 3,300 employees at 20 locations worldwide, is one of the leading suppliers in the plastics industry.

The maind product range of its Business Composites unit are rigid insulating materials based on glass fiber reinforeced polyester and epoxy resin materials used mainly in power generation, power transmission, cryogenic and electronic applications.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to be based at our Southeast Asia (SEA) hub in Singapore who is responsible to serve and develop existing and new markets and applications in the SEA region.

Responsibilities :

• 
  Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve sales volume, profit and market share growth in SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Phillippines)


• 
  Plan and implement strategies to achieve targets within the assigned area


• 
  Follow up Sales Plan and Budgets


• 
  Develop and improve applications by using high performance composites materials


• 
  Market and competitor mapping within assigned market segment


• 
  To establish and manage the healthy and efficient distributor and fabricator network in the region


• 
  Communicate intensive and open with sales and project teams in Singapore and the HQ


• 
  Report accurately and timely

Requirements :

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent


• 
  Must have at least 3-4 years of sales experience in similar business


• 
  Good knowledge of SEA markets


• 
  Experience in working with OEMs, Engineering and Procurement


• 
  Solid technical experience in electrical and thermal insualtion and/or electronic markets and materials


• 
  Must have excellent (English) communication, interpersonal, negotiation and customer servicing skills


• 
  Must possess own transport and be willing to travel frequently
