🔎 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder
• Experience in shipping or training is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good stakeholder management and multitasking abilities

📌 Responsibilities

• Manage members’ training, medical, and accommodation schemes
• Coordinate programmes with service providers and partners
• Liaise with union leaders, members, and industry stakeholders
• Handle administrative and operational duties
• Prepare reports and monitor programmes
• Support union events and activities
