Hall Crew / Server

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the managers and staff during restaurant shift operations
• Ensure prompt, polite and pleasant dining experience of guests at all times
• Respond to guests' enquiries and coordinate with managers for guests’ feedbacks
• Foster Teamwork with other staffs to promote a positive image of the restaurant at all times
• Cultivate and maintain a healthy restaurant environment
• Ensure that established hygiene and safety procedures are enforced

Requirements:

• Proficient in spoken English
• Service-oriented
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Experience in an F&B environment is preferred
