COA Management Executive

Job Description

As a COA Management Executive, you follow through on the entire COA process from nomination to fulfilment of the contract and maintains strong business relations with the clients while identifying new opportunities for business development.

Critical Work Functions

- Manage customer shipment requirements from planning to completion.

- Work closely with customers, business partners, and internal teams to coordinate businesses.

- Address and resolve issues whenever needed.

- Monitor performance against service standards.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records in our internal system.

- Support continuous improvement and business growth through market insights and process enhancements.

Job Requirements

·       Diploma or Degree in Maritime-relateddiscipline.

·       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·       Experience in chemical shipping operations isan advantage.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Contactable after office hours and willing towork irregular hours.

·       Ability to work under pressure and handlead-hoc requirements.
