Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

1.     Warehouse Operations:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Perform proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials and finished goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for customer deliveries, distributors, and internal requests.

2.     Inventory Control:

• Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic stock takes.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and highlight low stock items.
• Ensure batch/lot number and serial number traceability are accurately maintained.
• Monitor and report environmental conditions (temperature/humidity logs) where required for product storage.

3.     Operational Support:

• Assist in equipment movement, packaging, and transportation arrangements.
• Support material issuance for production testing, service and engineering activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

4.     Other Information:

• Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Work Location: 79 Ayer Rajah Cres., #04-05, Singapore 139955.
• This position may be needed to working at Tuas (Warehouse) & Woodlands (Production) when is required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1year of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant education background are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics documentation.
• Good understanding of FIFO inventory management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform the tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse loading and unloading activities safely for at least 8kg in carton boxes.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, or FDA regulations, or other regulated quality management environments.
• Familiarity with serial number and batch-controlled inventory systems.
