Assistant Manager, Business Management

Objectives of the Position

Responsible to partner with the business to assist with driving implementation of regional / global projects, coordinating team activities and implementing communities. Involved to conduct business research, analysis of industry trends and development.

Main Tasks

• Supports senior management by coordinating team activities and implementing communities.
• Assist in steering and driving the implementation of regional projects and global projects.
• Establish information sharing platform to further drive marketing excellence.
• Acquire more business acumen through research, and analysis of industry trends and developments.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management (MBA) or other related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
