How you will create an impact:

  • Work on solving interesting problems for clients in the space of commercial excellence, i.e., pricing, sales and go to market, or all activities related to growth topics
  • Work across different industries, e.g., B2B, B2C, software, life sciences etc. in solving client’s commercial problem
  • Work with data, leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc. to conduct deep and meaningful analyses. Draw insights to solve client’s problems and give recommendations
  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams within projects, which entails collecting data, conducting deep analysis, drawing insights, creating slides & engaging with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the Singapore office

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of consulting experience in top tiers would be ideal
  • Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely using a structured, top-down approach
  • Prior experience supporting or engaging with international clients would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Korean would be a strong advantage to effectively communicate and collaborate with our Korean clients and prospects
  • Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively
  • Enthusiasm for working in teams
  • Customer-oriented thinking
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Interest in growth topics, GTM, pricing and sales
