An international banking & financial services institution is now hiring a Banking Operations Specialist to join the Operations Department for 1-year contract. This role will be providing end to end operations control and quality control of documentations for its clients. We are seeking for a meticulous, independent and an experienced Operations Personnel with at least 2 years experience in banking or financial services to fill this role.


RESPOSNIBILITIES:

  
You will be providing end to end operational support and quality control of mails and clients documentations
  
Update report, status and data in the system in orderly and timely manner
  
Preparing of documentation for execution
  
Work with internal team for follow-up

REQUIREMENTS:

  
Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year experience in operations support in banking or financial industry
  
Available on immediate or short notice (not more than 1 month's notice) and keen to commit for 1-year contract
  
Proficient in MS Excel and able to use online system
  
Good communications skills, independent and fast-learner

Successful candidate will be offered 1-year contract with 14-days annual leave and medical insurance coverage
