📢 Admin & CCA Support Officer (1-Year Contract)

💰 Salary: $2,760/month
📅 Contract: Jan 2027 – Dec 2027 (Option to extend)
🕒 Work Schedule: Mon–Fri (2 shift options based on school needs)
⏰ Working Hours (Mon–Fri)

Shift 1: 7:00am–4:30pm (Fri: 7:00am–4:00pm) OR Shift 2: 8:30am–6:00pm (Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm)

✨ Requirements

• GCE "A" Level or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good spoken & written English (additional language is a plus)
• Administrative experience preferred
• Photography/videography & multimedia editing skills are an advantage

📝 Job Responsibilities

• 🏫 Handle front desk duties, enquiries & reception
• 📂 Provide administrative, logistics & filing support
• 👨‍🎓 Assist with student welfare & financial assistance matters
• 🎉 Support school events, competitions & activities
• 📸 Take and edit photos/videos for school events & social media
• 🎨 Create promotional materials & support school branding
• 📋 Consolidate RAMS reports and perform other assigned duties
