💰 Salary: $2,200/month
📍 1-Year Contract (Aug 2026 – Aug 2027, renewable)
🕘 Mon–Fri | Office Hours (No weekends/Public Holidays)

✨ Job Responsibilities

• 🖨️ Manage staff printing requests and maintain the print room.
• 📋 Prepare printing records, meter readings and monthly reports.
• ☎️ Handle reception duties, enquiries and phone calls.
• 💻 Provide administrative support, data entry and document preparation.
• 📁 Perform other ad hoc administrative duties.

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent preferred.
• 🏫 At least 1 year of administrative experience in a school environment.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment (printers/photocopiers).
• 🤝 Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

Working Hours:
🗓️ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
🗓️ Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
