Admin Officer (6-Month Contract)

💰 Pay: Degree $20.77/hr | Diploma $13.64/hr
📍 Contract: 6 months (Immediate)
🕘 Mon–Thu 8.30am–6pm | Fri 8.30am–5.30pm

📌 Duties:

• Manage shared mailboxes & public enquiries
• Support pledge ceremonies (Jun, Aug, Sep)
• Draft emails & prepare certificates/records
• Assist with event logistics & vendors
• Handle procurement docs & admin support

📌 Requirements:

• Strong admin & coordination skills
• Good written communication
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to manage multiple deadlines
• Events/public service experience is a plus
