🏫 Admin Support Officer | $2,400/Month | 1-Year Contract

📍 Salary: $2,400/month
📅 Contract: Jan 2027 – Dec 2027 (1 year, renewable)
⏰ Working Hours: Mon–Fri (Shift 1 or Shift 2, based on school operational needs)

✨ Job Responsibilities

• 🖥️ Manage reception and front-desk operations
• ☎️ Attend to phone, walk-in and email enquiries
• 🚍 Coordinate transport arrangements and logistics
• 🩹 Assist students who are unwell or injured (including hospital accompaniment when required)
• 📂 Perform filing, mail sorting and general administrative duties
• 📑 Support Financial Assistance Scheme application processing
• 💼 Assist with other administrative/finance duties as assigned

✅ Requirements

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
• Administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English
• First-aid certification is a plus

🕒 Work Schedule
Shift 1

• Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

OR

Shift 2

• Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
