💰 Salary: $2,760/month
⏰ Working Hours:

• Mon–Fri (rostered)
• 8:30am–6:00pm or 9:00am–6:30pm (42 hours/week)

• 3-month contract
• 🚀 Immediate commencement

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Minimum GCE O-Level
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Excel & MS Office
• 🗣️ Good communication skills
• 📋 Organised, meticulous and able to work independently
• 🤝 Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• 🚗 Willing to travel islandwide and work weekends for events when required

📝 Job Responsibilities

• 📅 Provide administrative and event support, including registration and crowd management
• 📂 Perform data entry, filing, scanning and document management
• 📊 Maintain event schedules, reports, budget tracking and records
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• 📌 Carry out other administrative duties as assigned
