📢 Administrative Officer (6-Month Contract)

💰 Salary: $3,000/month
📍 Start: Immediate
⏳ Contract: 6 months
🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm (42 hrs/week)

✨ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Collect, organise, and track data from internal & external stakeholders
• 📧 Handle administrative and payment-related enquiries
• 🗂️ Support e-filing, procurement, stock-taking & approval submissions
• 📝 Prepare reports, manage emails & perform daily administrative duties
• ⏰ Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Diploma or higher
• 💼 Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• 🗣️ Good spoken & written English
• 🤝 Strong organisational, communication & time management skills
• 💡 Proactive, collaborative & self-driven
• 🤖 Comfortable using AI tools in daily work (data analysis/automation is a plus)
