Discipline Support Officer

💰 Salary: $18–$22/hour
🕒 Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 am to 4:30pm, Fridays: 8:00am to 2:30pm
📍 Contract: 3 months (extendable up to 10 months)
📅 Start: Immediate
📌 No service required on weekends, public holidays, school holidays, HBL days & exam periods.

Requirements 📌

• Min. 5 years’ experience in enforcement or related field
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Calm, firm & professional when engaging youths
• Good judgement, discretion & teamwork
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & email

Key Responsibilities 🏫

• Support student discipline using restorative practices
• Manage lateness, detentions & in-house suspensions
• Mentor & guide students requiring closer supervision
• School patrols during recess, lunch & after school
• Assist in investigations & statement taking
• Liaise with students, parents & school staff
• Prepare basic reports & maintain case records
