Examination Review Manager (Outram) - Part-Time

📋 Examination Review Manager
💰 Salary: $4,000 – $4,300/month
📍 Work Arrangement: Onsite (minimum 3 days per week)
📅 Contract Period: Jul 2026 – Jun 2027 (12 months)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Requirements

✅ Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
✅ Experience in education, assessment, examinations, audit, compliance, or quality assurance is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Review examination processes and documentation against established guidelines
🔹 Document findings accurately using review checklists
🔹 Liaise with stakeholders to obtain required information and supporting materials
🔹 Coordinate meetings and facilitate discussions with relevant parties
🔹 Prepare review reports and maintain proper documentation records
🔹 Provide administrative and coordination support for review activities and ad hoc tasks
