✅ Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Knowledge of legal or accounting principles is advantageous.
• Experience in customer support or MS CRM Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
📝 Responsibilities
• Support regulatory and administrative processes, including due diligence checks.
• Process and review applications and submissions.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries.
• Provide assistance to users experiencing issues with online applications and submissions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
