📍 Working Hours:
• Mon–Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

📍 Contract:
• 6 months (Immediate start) ⏱️

We are hiring a Finance Assistant x1 to support data verification and reconciliation for fees collection records.

📍 Key Responsibilities:
• Verify fees collection records against source data for accuracy
• Identify and flag payment discrepancies and errors
• Highlight records requiring correction
• Document findings in a clear and organised manner
• Assist in updating and correcting records as guided

📍 Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filtering) 📊
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience in data verification / reconciliation or similar role preferred
