🏫 Front Desk Officer cum Admin

💰 Salary: $2,670/month
📅 Contract: 1 Year (Sep 2026 – Aug 2027, renewable)
📍 Office Hours: Mon–Fri (No weekends/Public Holidays)

✨ Responsibilities

• 🛎️ Manage front desk and reception duties.
• 📞 Attend to enquiries from staff, students and visitors.
• 📂 Handle filing, data entry, mail and document administration.
• 📝 Support HR, meetings, events and general administrative tasks.
• 📦 Monitor office stationery and pantry supplies.
• 🤝 Provide administrative support to management as required.

✅ Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' administrative/front desk experience (school environment preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Mail and web browsers.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

⏰ Working Hours

• Mon–Thu: 9.5 hours (inclusive of 1-hour lunch), between 7:00am–6:00pm.
• Fri: 9 hours (inclusive of 1-hour lunch), between 7:00am–6:00pm.
• Working hours will be between 7am and 6pm, subjectedto negotiation with the appointed personnel.
• No work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
