• Mon–Thu 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri 8.30am–5.30pm
• Mon–Thu 9.00am–6.30pm | Fri 9.00am–6.00pm

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Review grant applications and supporting documents.
• Prepare assessment reports and recommendations.
• Maintain grant records and monitor budget utilisation.
• Process grant disbursements and verify required documents.
• Track payment schedules and prepare reports.
• Support other integration-related projects as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience in grant administration, government agencies or statutory boards is preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements is an advantage.
