📌 Job Scope

• ✅ Conduct inspections and compliance assessments
• ✅ Review and investigate feedback & complaints
• ✅ Support process improvement initiatives
• ✅ Perform other assigned duties

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 8.30am–6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am–5.30pm
• 42 hours/week
