💰 Salary: $2,580/month
📍 3-Month Contract (Option to Extend)

🕒 Working Hours: Mon – Thu: 9.00am – 6.30pm Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

✨ Job Responsibilities
• Support casual hiring and recruitment activities
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding & offboarding
• Liaise with hiring divisions and manpower agencies
• Track employee contracts and hiring requests
• Verify monthly billing reports
• Provide admin and logistics support for meetings/events
• Assist with award administration and email coordination

✅ Requirements
• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior HR experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
