Key Responsibilities

🤝 Build and engage the community through initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
📅 Plan and coordinate workshops, training programmes, networking events, and forums.
📊 Track engagement metrics, manage reporting, budgets, and programme administration.
📝 Develop content such as newsletters, event materials, and internal communications.
🎯 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning opportunities and community needs.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines.
✅ 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, events, communications, or programme management.
✅ Familiarity with product management concepts and practices.
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and content development skills.
✅ Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
✅ Proficient in project management, communication, and data analysis tools.
