🌟 Role Overview

Support student engagement, behaviour development, and school-home partnership initiatives in a school environment.

📌 Key Duties

• 🧑‍🎓 Support student management and development programmes
• 🤝 Provide mentoring and guidance to students
• 💬 Facilitate reflection, mediation, and conflict resolution sessions
• 📊 Monitor student support plans and follow-ups
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Engage parents on student matters
• 🎉 Assist with parent engagement and PSG activities

🎯 Requirements:

• 🎓 Diploma/Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or related fields
• 👥 Experience with children/youths preferred
• 🗣 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ❤️ Passion for student development and engagement
