📢 Student Management Support Officer (1-Year Contract)

💰 Salary: $2,700 - $3,000/month
📅 Contract Period: Jul 2026 – Jun 2027
Working Hours

🕗 Mon – Thu: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
🕗 Fri: 8:00am – 4:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
🏖️ No work on weekends and public holidays

Requirements

✅ Experience in schools, youth work, security, social services, or related fields preferred
✅ Strong communication and rapport-building skills with youths
✅ Calm, professional, and able to manage challenging situations
✅ Good observation, investigation, and organisational skills
✅ Passionate about supporting students and their development

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Support student management and case management activities
🔹 Supervise students in detention, holding rooms, and in-school suspension programmes
🔹 Assist with interviews, documentation, and case records
🔹 Support students with additional needs
🔹 Review CCTV footage and maintain records
🔹 Conduct patrols to promote student safety and discipline
🔹 Support school events, excursions, and operational activities
🔹 Perform other duties as assigned

ℹ️ Occasional support may be required for school events on Saturdays or after office hours.
