Requirements

✅ Able to work after office hours and weekends when required

Key Responsibilities

🏢 Hawker Centre Operations

• Support tenancy management, cleanliness, and facilities-related matters
• Work closely with stakeholders, including Hawkers' Associations and Town Councils
• Assist with centre improvement projects and operational matters

📋 Tenancy Administration

• Conduct tenancy compliance checks and inspections
• Process tenancy-related applications and administrative matters
• Handle rental waivers and tenancy records

📞 Feedback & Appeals Management

• Respond to public feedback professionally and promptly
• Handle appeals and case management
• Support implementation of new policies and programmes
