• Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6.00pm
• Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm
• 42 hours/week

✅ Requirements

• 3–5 years' administrative/executive support experience
• Experience supporting senior management is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organised, able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently

📌 Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretariat support
• Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate travel, claims, and events
• Handle office administration and other assigned duties
