🏫 Counter & Admin Assistant
💰 Salary: $2,760/month
📅 Contract: 1 Year (Sep 2026 – Aug 2027)
🕘 5-Day Work Week (Mon–Fri)

✨ Responsibilities

• 😊 Attend to front counter enquiries and provide customer service.
• 📄 Handle documents, deliveries, filing and data entry.
• 🗂️ Maintain records, stationery and pantry supplies.
• 📅 Provide administrative support for meetings, events and HR tasks.
• 🤝 Assist with general office administration and ad hoc duties.

✅ Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative/front desk experience (school environment preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Mail and web browsers.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

⏰ Working Hours

• Mon–Thu: 9.5 hours/day (inclusive of 1-hour lunch)
• Fri: 9 hours/day (inclusive of 1-hour lunch)
• Working hours between 7:00am–6:00pm (to be agreed upon)
• 🚫 No work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
