💼 Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract)

💰 Salary: $2,800/month
🕒 Working Hours (42 hrs/week):

• Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📅 Contract: 1 Year (Immediate Start)

📍 Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with enquiries and applications
• Process applications, renewals, licence issuance & printing (training provided)
• Handle phone and email enquiries
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Positive, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with light physical duties (e.g. handling documents)
